Cook on a Cast Iron grill pan if possible if not able to grill outside. Heat pan on high on stove top. When pan is hot put on lamb patties. Cover grill loosely with a large lid. It doesn't have to fit perfectly, just needs to trap in heat. Cook burger to desired temp.
