- Mozzarella Cheese
- Basil leaves, loosely torn
- Top quality Extra virgin olive oil. Ideally buy oil in glass or tin containers, avoid plastic.

Method:
You know what it looks like. Traditionaly this doesn't include balsamic vinegar. Perhaps as that might mess with the colors of the Italian flag that it so well demonstrates.
