Ingredients:

• 2 slices of white sandwich bread, or bread that you happen have
• lots of cheddar cheese, mature or sharp.
• English mustard, Colemans is ideal
• splash of Worcestershire sauce
• a few drops of Tabasco
• sprinkle of Oregano
• pepper

Method:

Grill one side of the bread. Then spread a thin layer of mustard on the un-grilled side. Then put cheese on the mustard and return to grill. Just as cheese is beginning to melt, add the Worcestershire, Tabasco, oregano and pepper. Let it grill just a little more to get the Worcestershire bubbling.

Serve with more red wine.
