Easy Raita

Recipe Type/meta tags: Salad side, Dip
Ingredients:
- Yogurt, whole milk or greek
- diced English cucumbers
- cumin
- salt
- lemon juice
Method:
Slice the cucumbers into little strips and add to the yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons or a whole lemon of juice. then add a good tablespoon or so or cumin. and a little salt to taste.
gently blend. add a little extra cumin or garam masala on the top to serve
