Ingredients:

• Big ripe tomato - top tip: pick tomatoes that feel heavier for their size. Ideally end of summer for perfect earthy flavor.
• Mozzarella Cheese
• Basil leaves, loosely torn
• Top quality Extra virgin olive oil. Ideally buy oil in glass or tin containers, avoid plastic.
• salt

Method:

You know what it looks like. Traditionaly this doesn't include balsamic vinegar. Perhaps as that might mess with the colors of the Italian flag that it so well demonstrates.
