Thyme and garlic Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • a clove or crushed/chopped garlic
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • grated cheese
  • oregano

Method:


Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Heat small steel pan up to about 150, then add oil, wait for it to heat, gently pour in egg mix, add garlic, then add thyme, oregano and salt. then cover pan. wait 2 mins. add pepper, grated cheese. replace lid for another 45 seconds. Serve folded.
