Ingredients:
- Shredded cucumber (English if poss)
- 1 Lime
- an inch of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- olive oil
- cilantro
Method:
Finely shred the cucumber ( a potato peeler works for this) mix together the juice of a lime, grated ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil. Add mix into the cucumber.
Serve with chopped cilantro
