Recipe tags: grill steak filet mignon

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pound cuts of filet mignon
- salt and pepper
- butter
- thyme
Method: Bring mignon (and some butter) to room temperature for about 20 mins. add cracked pepper and salt whilst you wait. Meanwhile heat grill to 500ºF. Typically you can just give it 4 - 7 mins per side, depending on thickness. My preference is an int. temp of around 125 - 130. Remove from grill and put a little butter and thyme on it whilst it rests (about 5 mins)
