Recipe

Glam burger is a playoff from a lamb burger, because these aren't your average burgers. First, in a large mixing bowl, mix in with hands all burger ingredients, except salt and pepper. Salt and pepper are to be added just before grilling. Then form into 4 equal patties. Separate patties with wax paper, then cover and put in refrigerator for an hour. Pull meet out about 15min before cooking to rest on counter. Sprinkle meet generously with Kosher Salt and Coarse Black Pepper on both sides just before grilling.

Cook on a Cast Iron grill pan if possible if not able to grill outside. Heat pan on high on stove top. When pan is hot put on lamb patties. Cover grill loosely with a large lid. It doesn't have to fit perfectly, just needs to trap in heat. Cook burger to desired temp. When burger begin cooking turn on oven to 350 degrees.

When burger is mostly cooked add 1-2 pieces of sliced sharp cheddar cheese to each patty.

After placing cheese on burgers, butter both sides of buns. Place buns on a sheet pan, and put in oven for about 5 min to toast.

Build burger with toasted bun, lamb patty, spicy micro greens, and top with a dallop of Tzatziki sauce.

I like to serve these decadently glamorous burgers with truffle, parmesan fries. Enjoy;)
