Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 4 tbs of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3 tbs of tahini
- 2 tbs of cold water
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 2 tbs of olive oil
Method:
This recipe really needs a food blender to work. It's also fun to refine this basic recipe to craft your own hummus.
Start with the garlic, once that's fully blended, add the chick peas, lemon juice salt, tahini and water.
Once blended to a nice paste add the paprika and oil.
It's ready to go.
