Sauce Type:' Gravy


Ingredients:

  • Some meat dripping from your roast
  • around 2 or 3 teaspoons of Marmite
  • salt
  • Flour or corn starch

Method:

Drain sauces into shallow pan

Keep warm on low heat

Stir in Marmite to taste

Add Salt to taste

then slowly add your thickening agent until required consistency
