Recipe type and/or recipe tags: cheese burgers

Number of servings: 1

Ingredients:

1/4 lbs hamburger meat

2 strips of bacon

1 slice of Boarshead American cheese

Brioche buns

Lettuce

1 egg,

1 table spoon of peppercorn gourmaise sauce,

Pinch of salt

1/4 table spoon  of Worcestershire’s sauce

  • Method:
  • Heat cast iron pan on medium high durning prep.
  • Cook both sides for 3-5 minutes flipping only once.
  • Add cheese after your first flip.  
  • Remove patty. Brown Brioche buns in the same pan. Use Mayo to brown the buns. Build:
  • Gourmaise sauce on both buns.
  • Bottom build up:
  • Lettuce
  • Burger
  • Top bun.
