Serves:
Ingredients: (use bullet points below)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Method:
mix together all the ingredients! serve with grilled shrimp
