Ingredients:

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 garlic clove, finely minced

1/2 tsp honey

Pinch of salt

Freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Method:Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.
