Serves 2
Ingredients:
- A pound of Minced Beef
- 2 tbsps or Olive oil
- tin of red beans
- Half a small onion
- butter
- 3 tbsps of Tomato Marinara (store jar type works)
- salt
- 2 tbsps of Cumin
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire source
- 1 cap of red wine vinegar
Method:
Slow cook finely chopped onion in butter in a small pan.
In a larger pan cook down the mince in olive oil. get it nice and chopped, I like to add a little boiled water or stock (2 tablespoons) to let it simmer.
then add salt to taste, the cumin, vinegar and the worctershire sauce. Finally add the beans, and water if needed. let it simmer for half an hour. let cool. serve with avocado and chopped cilantro.
