Recipe
Recipe Type/meta tags: Toasted sandwich
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of white sandwich bread, or bread that you happen have
- lots of cheddar cheese, mature or sharp.
- English mustard, Colemans is ideal
- splash of Worcestershire sauce
- a few drops of Tabasco
- sprinkle of Oregano
- pepper
Method:
Grill one side of the bread. Then spread a thin layer of mustard on the un-grilled side. Then put cheese on the mustard and return to grill. Just as cheese is beginning to melt, add the Worcestershire, Tabasco, oregano and pepper. Let it grill just a little more to get the Worcestershire bubbling.
Serve with more red wine.
