Ingredients:
- 1 and half tomatoes
- 2 tsp of crushed garlic
- 2 tbs of dry mustard
- 2 tbs of pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4 tbs of red wine vinegar
- 6 oz of gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tbs of capers
- 2 tbs of olive oil
Method:
Use a food blender to blend tomato and garlic, or just chop very fine.
Blend the powders (mustard, pepper and salt)
Then mix together the vinegar, tomatoes, garlic, powders, cheese, and capers until the mustard has dissolved.
Finally, mix in olive oil.
