Recipe type and/or recipe tags: cheese burgers
Number of servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/4 lbs hamburger meat
2 strips of bacon
1 slice of Boarshead American cheese
Brioche buns
Lettuce
1 egg,
1 table spoon of peppercorn gourmaise sauce,
Pinch of salt
1/4 table spoon of Worcestershire’s sauce
- Method:
- Heat cast iron pan on medium high durning prep.
- Cook both sides for 3-5 minutes flipping only once.
- Add cheese after your first flip.
- Remove patty. Brown Brioche buns in the same pan. Use Mayo to brown the buns. Build:
- Gourmaise sauce on both buns.
- Bottom build up:
- Lettuce
- Burger
- Top bun.
