Recipe

Serves:

Ingredients:

  • 4 or 5 table spoons of butter
  • 1 large tinned tomato (San Marzano if you get them)
  • one onion cut in half.

Method:

Slow cook the butter and tomatoes with the onion. Once slow cooked for an hour or so remove the onion and serve with your favorite pasta.

You can add salt and basil to taste, but then it would be 5 ingredient... and not quite so catchy...
