Serves:
Ingredients: (use bullet points below)
- one egg yok
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- half a teaspoon of mustard
Method:
whisk the egg yolk into the vinegar, add the oil and mustard and mix.
