Sauce Type: Classic Sauce

Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
  • 1/2 a cup of Canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
  • the juice from half a lemon
  • chives
  • salt to taste
  • pepper

Method:


Boil the eggs for about 5 mins, then remove the yolk and mix with the mustard and the seasoning, then mix in the oil. next, add the vinegar and lemon juice, then finally mix in the field chopped egg whites and chives.
