Slow cook onion in butter in a small pan. In a larger pan cook down the mince in olive oil. get it nice and chopped, I like too add a little boiled water (2 tablespoons) to let it simmer.

Ingredients:

  • A pound of Minced Beef
  • 2 tbsps or Olive oil
  • tin of red beans
  • Half a small onion
  • butter
  • 3 tbsps of Tomato Marinara (store jar type works)
  • salt
  • 2 tbsps of Cumin
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire source
  • 1 cap of red wine vinegar

Method:

Slow cook finely chopped onion in butter in a small pan.
