Number of servings: family
Ingredients:
- One chicken
- Butter
- Thyme
- Lemon
- salt
Method:
Slide a few slabs of butter under the skin above the breast - this just works so well. Cut up a lemon, and fill void along with loads of Thyme. Salt the whole thing.
Cook for about 350 for 40 mins then 250 for another 40 mins. Use a thermometer to check doneness. (165)
